"I have worked in retail for 28 years and I understand that there are good days and bad days when working in stores. I think the cashier that checked me out was having a bad day but I tried to get my birthday gift and they explained they did not have any in the store and I would have to find a store that carried it or go online which is fine. They also scanned a coupon but explained that sometimes they just don't work and I felt bad because I asked them to go back I can at least use my points and they seemd to be getting frustrated by this. I think for now on I will just continue to buy my products through the website"
