"The pullover I ordered is a beautiful garment. However, I ordered a 2X and received an XXL. I was a seamstress in menswear for 8 years so I can guarantee you the cut on a 2X differs from an XXL. When I called the store to talk about this, the employee was less than pleasant and understanding. He interrupted me several times to say the size scale is manufacturer dependent and a 2X is the same as an XXL. With that being said, it would be helpful if the drop down menu ACCURATELY displayed the available sizes. It's deceptive to show a 2X is being ordered when in all actuality a 2X was never an option."
