"My 21 year old son (shockingly) sprung on us an internship travel situation that required a combo of business casual and professional. We started at Macy’s where it was in disarray and there was no help. We called Milano’s at 5:50pm asking when they close (6:30pm). They said they’d stay for us. We got there at 6:23pm, and left at 6:57pm - with a suit, sport jacket, 2 shirts and a pair of pants. Chad was amazing. Helpful, flexible, suggesting options we hadn’t considered, but never pressuring. Truly an amazing local experience. Very highly recommend!"
