"SCAMMERS! It was awful. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The staff was friendly, but it’s clear they can’t do their job. The girl that did my nails did a mediocre (at best) job. My nails are lopsided, uneven, chipped, and she didn’t paint all the way down my nails. When I went to pay, I had a certificate for $30. The service I got, acrylic nails, was $35. I had 3 $5 bills in my hand, to cover the additional $5 and to leave a $10 tip. When I was paying at the register, she saw the extra cash in my hand and told me that the shape of the nails I got costed an extra $5. I pointed to the sign that clearly displayed acrylic nails were $35 and she told me no, it was more money. I gave her the unnecessary $5 anyway plus the additional $10 tip. When I got back to the car to look on the website, and it mentioned NOTHING about the shape of my nails costing extra. Needless to say, I am upset."

"OMG! Talk about a spa getaway from heaven!! I walk in without an appointment and I was greeted right away! I was helped by Sophia which is Nancys daughter whom she named the spa after and she helped me pick out a gel for my pedicure and a dip for my nails, and her son was so cute & I have many children so getting away from mine and my husband made me feel so relaxed but made me appreciate and miss mine so much more too and made me feel right at home. They put my pedicure water together, was a little cold but they changed it to hot right away and they finished the lady that was there before me and started working on my feet and nails at the same time.. and they offered me a massage because they could tell how stressed I was and I got a neck and shoulder massage for 30 minutes… it was FANTASTIC,.. I fell asleep for a few minutes lol. Was so great. The nail spa was clean, they were very friendly, very comforting and relaxed environment. Will be back for my next appointment! Will bring my daughter for a mani and pedi paint next time! :) loved this place!!"

"Will not go back. I had my natural nails manicured and polished on Friday for Christmas. 3 nails had completely peeled off by Saturday. It was gel polish that I paid 40 dollars for. Not worth the money for 1 day"

"I never ever write Google reviews but this place made me feel like I had to write one. I was in there last week for a spur of the moment pedicure. They had one other client getting her nails done- an older lady. The tech doing my pedicure must have been brand spanking new bc it was prob the second worst pedicure Ive ever had and Ive been getting pedicures for 20+ years. First of all, the tech's gloves were so big that the fingers of the gloves were getting in the way of filing and cutting and everything else. The tech was very reserved and shy and seemed like she was brand new. She spent very little time on my actual toes and more time massaging my legs. The owner talked me into a deluxe pedicure and all that involved was some lotions out of packets for $15 more. The owner was super rude and you can tell that she's a control freak just by the way she talks down to her staff. Her son was running around the whole time, which okay, I get it, I have kids. Kids are kids but its not exactly what I had hoped to see or hear while I was trying to relax. The tech was super nervous with filing and unsure of herself and the order in which to do things. I felt so bad for the tech. The tech never cleaned my nails off after lotion and only applied one coat of regular polish and its already peeling off in only 3 days. Then the owner took it upon herself to walk up to my chair and adjust the back of it without me asking and leaned me back too far that it was uncomfortable for me. I readjusted it when she walked away so no big deal, really but still not needed. I dont know if she was joking with me or what. Then the owner asked if I wanted my nails done but I was just there for a pedicure so I said no. She then proceeded to tell me, in front of her older client, that she hated her client and that she only does her nail because she has no choice. Im hoping she was joking but the look on the older ladys face was kind of sad. The place was dirty and unkept and has certainly gone down hill since the last time I went there. Overall, I would not go there again and I am hoping they improve but the attitude of the owner was shocking and something I havent seen before in a professional salon. Also, after my pedicure was over the tech disappeared and I never saw her again. So when I paid, I gave a $10 cash tip to a guy who worked there in hopes that the tech got it because I felt bad for the tech. I wouldnt recommend this place and wont be going back. Ill drive a little further for better service and more bang for my buck."

"Loved the workers but felt super rushed. Got a pedicure and acrylic fill, and it only costs $81 after the tip. There was no wait for my friend and I to get our nails done on New Years Eve. But after getting them done, it makes sense on why. Everyone was so nice, and I like my nails, but they turned out NOTHING like the picture I showed them."
