"Took my 8 year old daughter for a haircut on Sunday. She received a shampoo, cut, and quick blow dry.. just as the description says when booking online for a kid's cut. The total should have been $20. The woman proceeded to try and charge me $50. After realizing I was not ok with the total, she acted like she was giving me a discount and charged me $35.. which is still too much for the service we received. I felt taken advantage of."
"I went in today and asked if I could get a wash and silk press done. Thankfully the lovely ladies (Charity and Lusa) allowed me to get my hair done and let me tell ya they were both extremely friendly and Lusa (I believe that’s how she spells it) was absolutely amazing! I don’t trust a lot of people when it comes to my hair but she did an absolutely FANTASTIC job! I am definitely coming back!"
"My husband got his haircut here last week . We got 1 hour wait time , & used that time to do some shopping at JCPenney . Cut & beard trim was around 45 bucks all together. Hairstylist , I forgot her name , she is from Korea , was great !"
"I would never recommend this salon. The stylist never showed up to cut my hair after I confirmed my appointment twice. Once I checked in 10 minutes before my appointment I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to be completely ignored by every stylist in the salon. I left without receiving service. Terribly disappointed!"
