"Booked an appointment with Dramatized hair (Studio 24)for Friday July 15 at 7AM a month ago, and ended up being stood up and ghosted after being confirmed and arriving early. When I called to be let in I was then hung up on followed by a text that said “Sorry I overslept I’ll refund your deposit” This appointment was for my birthday and completely ruined plans that have been set for awhile now!!! Being a business owner myself I understand things happen which is why I preceded to wait patiently, hoping to hear back from her regarding how to make things right about my appointment and I reached out numerous times via text and call.(Never answered) At this point, In order to be proactive I booked another appointment for a later date (wanting to give her another chance) however after not hearing anything from the business owner for the entire weekend I realized she did not value my time, or money and it would be best to go elsewhere. With this, I reached out to her yet again to cancel my new appt and to get a refund of my deposit. I’m my text I also explained my frustration with how she handled this situation hoping she’d understand. Interesting how The business owner then responded IMMEDIATELY, exclaiming she would cancel my appointment but not refund my deposit due to “knowing and reading her policy regarding refunds beforehand” WOW! What about the policy when you no show your client? Or when you ghost them afterwards? This was completely unprofessional from the start and truly put me in a bind for my special occasion. Her work is great, but Customer Service skills are poor. I’ll never book again and pray no one else experiences the same situation."

"I am a platinum blonde and I came in to have a 1/2 inch root touch up and tone done by Brandy Lockhart ‘The Mane Blonde’, and I have never been serviced so badly in my life. I had terrible discoloration throughout the back section of my hair and the side of my face by my ear. It was extremely yellow, like it had not been processed or toned long enough. It has been three weeks since sending my first message nicely requesting it fixed with pictures, and I’ve sent several since. I’ve tried to be kind and understanding, but my messages have gone unanswered. I spent 160$ with a 40$ tip on top of it. I’ve requested a full refund but still gone unanswered. Not to mention she has been posting on her business and personal social media without answering me. My roots have come in, and I am in need of a serious color correction I will now have to pay for somewhere else because of banding. It’s so disappointing to have put so much time and money into my hair to have it ruined in one session with someone you trusted."

"It was my first time there for a specific stylist. From what i gathered though, there's different rooms within the building. Each stylist has their own room I believe. More of a private setting from what I gathered. Plenty of parking. Clean and easy to find!"

"I absolutely love visiting Ashley! She is amazing at what she does, and she provides a welcoming, refreshing, and relaxing environment. The experience as a whole is incredible. I appreciate that she cares about my hair's specific needs! She always offers helpful tips on how to better care for it, but she never pushes me to buy her products specifically. She offers an awesome referral program, and truthfully, she's just an amazing person. Go visit her for your next haircut! You won't regret it!"
