"I felt super uncomfortable in this store today. I was followed around the store by 2 employees. If you know Sally's you know it's not that big of a store. My 13 year old says Dad why are they watching us like this. That really disturbed me. We spend a lot of money at Sally. From now on we'll make the drive to the locally owned stores."
"Not friendly. Not willing to help. Do not recommend this location. Went in to return something they stated they could not help me. I left and called another Sally’s they were appalled this location could not return my item. They told me to bring my items to them and they would gladly return my item as it is store policy. Not good customer service. Won’t be coming back here"
"Ms. Jackie is hands down amazing and her store here is my favorite. The customer service they provide and the HELP.... they focus on what's BEST for the customer not on upselling 400 additional products. She is also licensed which means she KNOWS what's going to work and what's not! If you have questions and don't want to be made to feel like a dork for asking questions they will answer your questions and help guide you to the best decision for what products will work best. They even walk you through to ensure you understand what you're about to do!"
