"Ordered online, called to f/u on my order 5 days later when I noticed no movement on the shipping. The customer service Indian rep was rude. After the order came in I went to pick it up and the service rep at the desk was snappy and rude. My boots came in a raggedy box with no lid, so I asked for a bag the rep said we're going bag less so I said well there's no lid so!!! She then said ok I can give you a bag but next time you come bring your own. WHO ARE YOU TALKING TOO! IT WON'T BE A NEXT TIME! THIS IS MY MONEY AND I CAN CHOOSE TO SPEND IT WHERE I WANT TO! The way the boots were presented to me .. did they come from somebody's closet! I don't shop there often and now never!"

"Store is still closed and I was met with a huge attitude. They had a sign on the door yesterday that it would be open today and now they have a sign on the door that says it will be closed until tomorrow. Some guy saw me standing with my 3 kids looking at the sign, came out, and gave a long, condescending talk with attitude."
