"I am beyond pissed I sent my husband in to the child location to sell a huge bag of around 45 to 50 talking an activity learning toys. He walked out with $17. They only showed him around four or five items that they were going to buy. We got home we didn’t take the bag out of our car for two days Sunday we look inside of it and there is one toy left and my husband both look at each other with complete shock at how they only showed him 4 to 5 toys and only gave us $17 for a calculation of 45 to 50 toys that costed $364 of the toys that we had. I have a list that I’m going up there to show the manager today with a picture of every single one of the toys and their prices online I called last night to address the issue and they told me they don’t even look up prices online when you’re selling them stuff which is very unprofessional because how do they know they’re not selling some thing for more than what it’s in at the store or giving somebody way less money than what they paid for and what they’re selling it for and their store. I forgot to mention I’ve also seen multiple reviews that Give them nowhere near enough money for what they brought in. And I understand this is a used baby clothes but When they’re selling the items for way more than they’re giving you and they’re just telling you we’re only selling the items for a quarter of the price don’t believe it. I’ve seen Nike outfits at $15-$20. That’s what they are in stores brand new…"

"I really love shopping this location. They nearly always have what you are looking for and if not they get new things in very often. Most of the time they have tons of clothes and large baby items. They had the same push walker here I wanted to get my daughter for Xmas for less than 1/3 of the price of the new one!! Sometimes they don't have large items like bassinets or swings when you go in but they seem to restock tons at a time by the next time you visit. I haven't had many issues getting clothes here either except right before Xmas this year, the winter selection in 12 months for girls was pretty sparse but I still found a few pieces to make it through. I've gotten really nice baby carriers here, nursing pillows, pregnancy pillows, brand new shoes, bumbo seats, all for well under what they cost new for items you don't need for very long anyways. They usually have tons of swings, bassinets, toys big and small, strollers, high chairs, even diapers sometimes. I like this location especially more because they seem to get in more higher end brands but also the location is great considering how often things are restocked. Usually if I need something major I come here first and they nearly always have it. I haven't sold to this location so can't speak much to that but I know they sell things that look close to new so be aware of that. From experience at other locations selling, make sure to wipe down or rewash in unscented detergent and neatly fold clothes before bringing them in to sell. Sign up for their rewards too, they offer frequent deals via texts and I nearly always get money off on my visits here."

"I used to come to this store for my daughter all the time when she was younger and never had an issue. It was always clean and well stocked. Just came to look for my son and it was a disaster. Bins everywhere, poor selection, clothes looked really worn. Makes me sad because this place used to be great."
