"What kind of store is this ? And the worker? Racist?! Unprofessional?!Rude?! what? I asked if theyre buying they said YES bring your stuff we are buying,after they made me got tired packing and holding and driving 45 minutes in a bad weather,then they said NO we can't take your stuff because store is full While I was there, i saw them bought trashy stuff , mine were in good condition almost brand new and some brand new, im gonna post some pictures . Anyway I sold my stuff to an online APP and got paid. That's not nice of Plato's to say yes then say no and the HORRIBLE execuse -store is full - Well!!!!Enjoy your full store"
"When we ask if they're buying stuff(clothes&shoes) they said yes give us the stuff,after 10 minutes they took the bags ,then,half hour later they said their store is FULL of stuff and can't accept mine ,with rude attitude, So,Why they didn't say their store is full when i asked them before bringing my bags ?they're unprofessional Then i took my stuff to different place they accept them and paid me morehan I expected because my stuff were 2nd hand use It was the 1st time for me at plato's closet store and will be the last,same as all of the people that I know....."

"I was so impressed with this store and the new management it is being ran under! All of the girls were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Harmony who helped us out today! I had a great experience selling items, they took a lot of my items and bought them for a good price! I was also impressed at the variety of sizes available in the store and how much more inclusive it is. I had a bad experience here a few years ago so I was skeptical to return but I’m so glad I did especially knowing now the store is being ran by friendlier people! I will definitely be returning and recommending!"
