"I went to the Grandville location today. There was an employee there that I encountered. I said hello! The employee did not say hello back or even ask if I needed help with anything. I went to an aisle to look at shoes and encountered another employee. The employee looked at me and turned her head and proceeded on. She never said hello or asked me if I needed help. It was clear that my brown skin was not welcomed or wanted there. I said, I see that my black money isn't wanted here, so let me take my good black money somewhere else. One of the employees said have a nice day! I went and spent $270 somewhere else. I can see why there was only one customer in that store! The rest of the stores that I visited had plenty of customers."
"There are lots of different shoes to choose from. Unfortunately, finding staff to help and finding the right size is very difficult."

"Great return policy - we got a dud pair and they were easy to work with about it, my daughter got a different pair and is happy. Only thing I would love to see change is more size options. This isn't an exclusive issue to this store by all means, just would be nice to see companies make inclusivity of shoe sizes a bigger importance :)"
