"Ordered 2 blizzard, 2 large fries, and a chili cheese dog. We realized they only charged us for 1 blizzard and 1 large fry. So we had to wait on that part of the order. No apologies just matter of factually I didn't hear it right. The second order of fries that was supposed to be a large was a half full small fry. The quality of service at DQ is really suffering. Tell the kids to remove their ear buds, quit looking at their phones and things get better. We will hold the line up for now to check our order and request it be delivered at one time and hot."
"That was a really sweet experience. I told them that my daughter needed a little more time deciding because she was going to spend her birthday gift card from a friend. She decided on a banana split and I don't think a more beautiful banana split has ever been made. Thank you, you made her day."

"Very disappointed with my visit this evening. Took forever to order through the drive thru then having to wait forever for food even when I got to the window. There was no adult in sight just all teenagers. My food wasn't even warm when I got it from the window. Took forever to make 2 blizzards, I wasn't given a drink carrier for two drinks and two blizzards then when asked it took forever to get that. The pictures are from my son's cheeseburger and that is how it was put in the box. Not happy at all."
