"This place was such a gem to find. Not only do they have the best fried pickles I've ever had, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. We sat at the bar and the chairs were hard to get in and out of but I will be sitting there again, no question. I am a patron for life... Though, could you warm up the bathrooms a little? The seats and faucet water were freezing."
"Good for drinking and eating when downtown near the arena. I ordered a turkey burger and received a regular hamburger. The staff quickly corrected it and made it right. Variety of sandwiches to fit one's tastes buds."
"Visited this place just before a Wings game and it was rammed with fans. The service was very good and the food was excellent. Be prepared for a bit of a wait but I think well worth it"
"We came after a Pistons game on Saturday. Walking distance from LCA, There was plenty of seating upstairs. It’s a bit chilly up there, since they zip up the windows but it’s normally open in the summer. The food was good but kinda overpriced for the portion size, not unreasonable for typical Detroit overpricing. Service could have been better, but wasn’t awful, I asked for a side of mayo for my burger but never got it."
"We were lucky to pop in before it got too crazy for lunch on a Saturday. The service was top notch, Vinny got us everything we asked for and more. The burgers are made in-house, so they're a little crumbly but soooo delicious. Ordered the pretzels on a whim but so glad we did because now we have dreams about the cheese sauce. Great classic stop, good burgers, beers, and service."
