Northern Lights Lounge

"Went to Northern Lights on Saturday, Feb. 17th with some friends. 1st indicator that we should have left, it took forever for someone to acknowledge us at the table. Once I got the waitress's attention (her name was Danni) she came over and cleaned off the table. There was candy on the table, which for some reason she took. I asked her to bring the candy back to the table when she returned. She took our drink order and returned forgetting a drink, which I had to remind her of. After the food order was taken and we received it (which was ok...not as good as I remember nor as expensive), she came to our table and took our napkins WHILE WE WERE EATING! That was VERY weird and I had to ask her to bring the napkins back. I have NEVER experienced that before EVER. The service was very lackluster and I am not sure if I will return, which I am sure they may not care about. Servers need to be better trained and the food needs some fixing too."

"Attended for a birthday celebration. Approx 25 of us throughout the evening. Service was average at best. It wasn't that busy until later,I understand being overwhelmed when busy. I've been multiple times but this was the first time we didn't have great service. The kitchen closed at 9 (we were unaware before going) there were several of us that intended to eat and we tried to order shortly before 9. Our drinks were empty more often than full. We had to find our server. The server combined bills without asking or letting us know prior causing awkwardness because some were paying cash and some credit. The glasses from our tables were not cleared. Several of us just went up to the bar to order. Great music, nice atmosphere. Food is usually yummy. Overall a great night."

"This place was amazing. We walked in and were immediately greeted and welcomed to the bar for a drink. Chad was our bartender who shared some great tips for places to visit in town and the other patrons were friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and warm. I’ll be back!"

"I had a fun time, everything was cool for the most part. Pretty sure my waitress was drunk but whatever it happens. Gave my credit card to someone else was fun getting in order but overall. Bring yourself down and it’s a cool place to visit. I’m old remember. Who cares what I think. If you’re cute. Young and ready to party. They’ll help ya do it ;)"

"Went for drinks and dinner on a beautiful late September fall evening. The food was phenomenal. The patio was lovely. The service could’ve been a lot better, but I’m chalking it up to the waiter/waitress’s day. They were very nice, just kept forgetting about us and forgot one whole meal. We all have bad days. And the food was so good that we didn’t really mind."
