"I was regular customer I should have waited for known person to get my hair cut done , I was in hurry and , women who did a hair cut and beard Made it too short on the top and sides and top look almost similar and not even communicating it’s too short or long , I was disappointed , it’s not 40 +tip $ worth of hair cut . When I said that you made too short she was saying will add it to notes for next time , I’m not sure this is barber shop or great clips. I still give 5 stars but it’s time for lady to improve her communication and do what exactly customer wants."

"Mel, who cut my hair was an absolute treasure. She was extremely friendly and did such a great job on helping me decide on how I wanted to cut my hair. Not to mention how well she did on my hair cut. By far the best experience I have had at JJ's yet."
"I’ve been taking my son to JJs for the past 7/8 years. We like the owner and have had great experiences up until today. With the start of the school it appears they have a lot of newer barbers working. Unfortunately the one my son got today did a less than stellar job. They also had little/no oversight and asked for no once over from one of the two experienced barbers before they sent us on our way. I didn’t say anything at the time because I didn’t trust their ability to fix it and I was hoping it might dry better than it looked wet (it didn’t). I’m sure we’ll be back but I’ll start making an appointment to ensure we get a barber who I know will be able to cut my sons hair well. 3 stars bc most times has been a great experience (with a sometimes long wait for walk-ins) but this time was not great."
