"I baught some ear buds and they don't work , they told me call the company that made them,I Google the name ,called the # the # don't even work . I feel like Verizon ripped me off cause I'm stuck with ear buds that don't even work, THAT I PAID FOR . I suggest not buying anything here cause I doubt this store allows you to return anything so they make you go through hassle and hunt down the company even though THEY sold the product. Never going here ever again . I hope this store closes. 1 last thing , I don't even know why they sell the brand I got (aukey) cause Amazon kicked them off the platform so they no longer carry the product cause aukey paid ppl to create good reviews"

"Went in a few weeks ago to do an emergency upgrade on one line on our account. Andrew was super helpful and friendly. He made the entire process quick and painless. He and John were knowledgeable and efficient. We were so pleased, we came back to upgrade two more phones on our account and added two more lines with John. He helped us find the best deal available on our account and took the time to answer any questions we had. He was super friendly and even stayed late to make sure we were all taken care of. I'll be recommending John and Andrew to everyone I know. They are amazing employees and I'm so grateful for the time and care they put in for us."

"When I entered the store I was vaguely greeted and asked what I needed. I was there for a simple curbside pickup. The clerk was working with another couple so I patiently waited. After 48 minutes of him not even glancing my way, I politely asked “am I simply here for a pickup or will I need further assistance?”. Clerk curtly replied, “you only have a pickup but I’m in the middle of some issues here”.. he then grumpily asked my PIN number and I was out the door in less than 3 minutes. Seems to me he could have acknowledged me and grabbed my pickup for me while he was waiting for things to download on the other customers phone. I’m giving a poor review because of his attitude and rudeness towards me. He did not have to answer me with a rude and aggravated tone."

"John was awesome! He knew what he was doing. We had been told one thing at another location and come to find out prior location never added insurance to one phone. I had to buy out the phone and ended up doing the upgrade. I'll definitely be back to upgrade my phone!"
