"I knew I was going to have a bad experience from the second I sat in the chair. The gentleman on the left seemed more interested in small talk as opposed to how I wanted my hair cut. I told him an inch to an inch and a half on the top, fade on the sides. I got neither of those. He cut my hair down to MAYBE a half inch and no fade on the sides. He was nice enough, but would not recommend for a haircut that you actually want"
