"I needed a new cell phone, and James was extraordinarily helpful, helping me understand the plans and promotions, and how to get the best value for my dollar. This was a much better experience for me than dealing directly with Verizon, and I will go again when I need to upgrade other phones on my plan. I would highly recommend this location. The only small downside was that there was a considerable wait (more than 1 hour), but the employees have no control over the staffing levels or the customer load at a given time. Once I was working with James, I had his full and undivided attention, and felt like a priority."
