"First and last time we will ever go here. They make you put all orders in at the bar but aren’t staffed to handle orders. The place was filthy as well - I was glad I had Wet Ones with me to wipe down the disguising table. Their boneless wings are popcorn chicken - but all other food and drinks were good. Typical bar food. At first the staff was still very nice (but very mismanaged) until someone who said she was the “owner” arrived. She was EXTREMELY rude and cussed at my boyfriend’s mom when she wasn’t given her change and had to wait for over 20 minutes for someone to return to the bar to give her the change she was due (to which she patiently waited for). I would highly recommend taking some customer service classes on soft skills if you want to retain any type of business. Here’s a free lesson: don’t cuss out paying customers! I was sober and can attest that no one in my party was being belligerent- there was no need for this type of behavior on behalf of this lady."
