"I would have preferred to leave this feedback with the owner, but the woman working on 10/22/23 refused to give me any contact information, so I'll do it here. I will not go back because of this experience. I went there to sell some games around noon and was instantly barked at by this employee. She refused to even look at the games, claiming she would not have time. This went on for about 10 minutes the entire time there was nobody in the store. When I asked for contact info for a manager or owner her response was "I've worked here for 4 years and they trust me". I doubt they have any good selection with employees trained like this. She was argumentative and rude from the second I walked in. Better off to buy and sell your games on marketplace than to deal with this place."

"If I could give negative stars I would. My daughter and I came in so she could sell her switch lite. The lady working Sara, is by far the most disrespectful, awful, dehumanizing, cruel person I've ever come across. She yelled and cursed at my 15 yr old daughter and I, called us names, became very aggressive and refused to allow me to speak to her boss. The only reason I gave 1 star is because the other woman working, becca came in and defended my daughter and I and repeatedly told Sara to stop but she refused to stop, becca even had to ask her to leave the store and sara yelled and threw a fit calling us more names. Becca was super kind and helpful. Sara needs to be fired, there has been several complaints about her for the same thing she did to me today. I then went to the store close by and was talking to the cashier and they immediately GUESSED her name. "Let me guess, Sara" and that immediately let me know she is well known to treat people awfully. However thanks to Becca, and the Boss, they made things right with us and nipped her despicable behavior in the bud and sent her home. I must say I am extremely appreciative that becca and the boss were so kind and that they aren't allowing her to continue."

"We were visiting Muskegon on vacation and we decided to stop in here. I was impressed with how many different options they had here! We have several different gaming systems and we could find games for all of them! The staff that helped us out were very friendly! If you're looking for great prices on used games, CDs, and lots more, you definitely need to check this place out!"

"This store has all kinds of neat electronics! Vinyl, cassetes, video games, dvds. If you can think of it, they most likely have it! I will be sure to return. Purchased some Playstation 3 games and one dualshock 3."
