"I have tried to go here twice and it is always either closed during open hours or only the drive threw is open. This time I went at 5pm on a Friday, doors were locked only one worker inside. You once again lost my business because there is no point going here if I can't see the ice cream or topings. I just went to Meijer across the street and bought my own tub of ice cream again. I know everything is undstaffed these days but if these companies dont start paying better then these places will all go out of business. Get with the times, pay better or just hurry up and go under already."
"The attitude of the staff was very unwelcoming especially the girl in training. We came in well before closing time and were treated like we were an inconvenience. Probably going to Culvers next time. They are always friendly."
"We came at 5:30 to get some ice cream. When we walked in, we instantly felt unwelcomed due to the attitude of Kayleigh (or Kylie?). Before we even got to the counter she asked what we wanted. We said we wanted ice cream and she rolled her eyes and impatiently waited for us to order. The staff was cleaning and closing up shop 1.5 hours ahead of time which made us feel rushed. I did notice a 'training' sticker on the girl's hat, but it wasn't even that, it was the constant and instant attitude we got from her. Gonna stick to Culver's because at least they're kind and appreciate their customer's business. :)"
