"My first visit was great, back in December, I loved my hair. This time, I got the same service but a different person did it and it was awful! She didn't do the sides at all, which they did last time. A total waste of $100, it doesn't look any better and still needs a touch up. So sad!! Especially when the first time I went it was really good."
