"Shady charged almost three times the normal amount for alterations then when brought it up they proceeded to haggle. I thought this was alterations not used car sales should be pretty clean cut and dry. Not to mention the dress was not even altered properly definitely wouldn't recommend anybody ever go here"

"If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would. I had a rip in my dress AFTER I got the hemming and cups done. I bought the dress brand new and had no rips, and I made sure to check that before I gave it to her. She made it such a hassle for me to fix it and when I asked for a discount because this was her doing. She refused and was extremely rude to me. She is ridiculously overpriced and stitched my dress up in 2 seconds. It was very sloppy and now have to go somewhere else for them to fix it. Definitely not going back there. Search somewhere else, for your sake!"
