"Here I had a very bad experience at this location as soon as I walked in the store they racially profiled me a taller gentleman near the front door made me feel worse than nothing I was in there shopping for a suit for a funeral and when he asked me "how may I help you" I told him in response I'm just looking around and he immediately started following me around the store and wouldn't even let me shop I was literally in the store for only 10 minutes and he was passively aggressive asking very unnecessary questions in that moment and then he suggested me to go shop at a budget-friendly store as if I didn't have money or something that didn't sit right with me just because I came in with street clothes on doesn't mean that I didn't have any money or I couldn't afford what was in that store because I sure could afford what was in the store I will never shop here again that guy needs to be fired I wish I got his name before I left but I never forget a face"

"Had a really bad experience here with a taller gentlemen. I felt as if he was racist and prejudice against me. He was extremely angry and passive aggressive with me. Almost made me not want to ever return to this location ever again. I have been shopping here for years and he gave me the worst experience known to man. I think his name was Chris or Craig. He was said to be a “manager” which I don’t believe what so ever. If this is what you call a manager, that’s sad. This man needs to be fired. When you work in customer service you must be friendly and make the shopping experience great for your customers not miserable. I will never forgive him or this store for how I was treated."

"Been renting suits here for years. Rented 2 suits on separate occasions in the last 18 months or so and they’re always fit great. Today however, I was approached by a gentleman I’ve never seen here before. He was knowledgeable yes, but I’ve never been so convinced to NOT rent a suit than I was today. I’m the same size I’ve been since my last rental, and I walked out of here today confused as to what just happened. I’m very aware that when renting a suit, it isn’t tailored because it’s a rental. However this was never an issue in the past as I would either size down, get it slim fit or whatever. My experience today though, felt like the tailor was basically telling me I had little to no options."

"A girl there named Jackie and the tailor helped us out big time today. We had a wedding to attend and they made it all happen for us. Jackie got me and my 2 boys fitted and dressed in a time crunch. Highly recommend this location!"
