"So yesterday was just a poor experience at this store. I left this store and went to another location and also had a bad experience as well. So at this location the cashiers could not remain at the checkout customers had to repeatedly wait for the young cashier to return after socializing with who appeared to be the manager in the front of the store near the entrance. This young lady was very rude I was purchasing some pants that were on the clearance rack and it was obviously placed there incorrectly upon checking out I confirmed with the young lady if the pants were on sale she rudely said no they are not and I told her which rack I got it from which was the clearance rack I said I can take you to show you that this is where I got it from it was others over there. Instead of her apologizing for the fact that they were on the wrong rack she spoke to me very rudely. Finally there was a small red purse that didn't have a price tag on it they did go to look for another one but they didn't find it they didn't say anything to me the young lady only said something to me after she had checked me out and said oh I can call another store for you at this point I don't want you to do anything for me because I was ready to leave and was disgusted with their unprofessionalism I don't know what's happening with these companies and these businesses but this is why so many people are shopping online because the in person service lacks professionalism and customer service on a regular."

"A few weeks ago, my mom and sisters walked into this location to do some shopping before walking into the stores. They were doing a little bit of shopping around the mall so they had bags in their hand. The lady at the counter told them that they have to put their bags in the locker if they want to walk around rainbows, so they did so they walked around for a few minutes. Didn’t find nothing when they were leaving the store to get their bags turned out some items were missing we spoke to the manager very rude and unprofessional. We spoke to the worker, very rude and unprofessional. I talk to corporate it took them weeks to get back to me also very rude and unprofessional. This place is a joke they hire thieves, but the funniest part is that they make you put your bags into a locker to prevent you from stealing something in the store, but they ended up stealing something from the store. This place is going under. It’s a bunch of rude and a bunch of thieves that work in this establishment, if the tables were reversed, it would’ve been a totally different situation"

"I went to this location to buy a dress for my grandmother’s funeral. The only dress that I saw that was appropriate was on the wall on a mannequin. The worker refused to sell me the dress because she didn’t want to take it down and redress it. Why have items up that are no longer available? I don’t understand how Rainbow’s is okay with losing a sell with the falling economy but I am done patronizing this business. I will take my business elsewhere. They have lost a long time customer."

"Bad customer service , they don’t let you try clothes anymore do to COVID which it been two years already they continue using same excuses to not let you try anything all other regular store fitting room are open. Period ,they do want to work or deal with opening for customer. Every time I go or my family they are cheat chatting out loud where everyone can here they conversation, so unprofessional, and they way they talk to you so unprofessional, if you want our customers service respect, they should work on their problems at home and provide good service, no matter if we are white or black we deserve same customer service period. And if they working on customer service and they don’t like it look for another job and treat better that people."
