"I already explained that this was my daughter's first haircut and that she was scared. The stylist started yelling at my 4 year old, telling her that she already has a headache. That her haircut was not going to be straight. I told the stylist that my daughter doesn't understand and that she wasn't helping. She started getting louder and I said that's enough. She said I know how to cut kids hair. I said no, not mine. She went on and told me that no one can cut her hair when she is crying. Her lack of patience and compassion was sick. I waited for Dawn. She has cut my other kids hair before and did a great job. I was so upset by the time her haircut was done, I didn't get to save a piece of her first haircut. I will not being coming back."
