"The space is very modern, clean and has a relaxing vibe. The service staff were friendly. Looking at the space and menu you would think the food would be better quality. The food was more like fair food or snack bar quality. The wrap was better than the burger. The fries were over done and very oily. It was served on a silver tray on checkered paper which also didn’t seem to match the vibe they were presenting. If you like snack bar food then this would be good. If you’re looking for a healthier choice or quality food may not be the place."
"We had chicken tenders, fries, friend pickles and a smashburger. Everything was done fairly quickly and was delicious! There is a very nice variety of food and drinks. We look forward to returning!"
"Overall pretty good. My complaints, I wish they served the chicken tenders on something like a platter instead of a bag. Napkins are annoyingly small. Pickles were too salty. They forgot the pickles & we had to go back to & ask for them & they forgot the dipping sauce too. I think it's above average, but has potential to be even better, with a few little changes."
"This was my first time at Bird In Hand! The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish! The atmosphere was perfect! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The food was amazing (their Greek Goddess Dressing was incredible)! We met for a birthday lunch and had an amazing time together! We ended our lunch sitting and talking on their orange couch - and didn’t want to leave! So thankful for the this little modern space in downtown Elkhart! Can’t wait to go back!"
