"GO TO STATE STREET LOCATION! Was told by a manager that I couldn't get a full refund for something I was returning with a gift receipt. Mind you that I originally purchased the gift myself. Was only offered in store credit. Went to the state street location and Julie hooked me up. Was able to find and print my original receipt from the day i purchased the item and got me my full refund. Won't be back to the Main street location. Julie on State street is a veteran M den employee. She's been there a while and her experience is much appreciated and should be rewarded. This also isn't the first time she has helped me. Thank you Julie and shame on you Main street location. Figure it out."
