"This Starbucks is notorious for having rude baristas for years. I finally got fed up with the manger and their lack of concern for the customers opinion of any kind. I stopped wanting to waste my money. When Starbucks corporation finally either gets rid of the manager or actually does something about it, then I will gladly return."

"This Starbucks has amazing customer service, as my coffee order is rather large and has a lot of add ons, and they nail it every time, the only reason I'm leaving one star out is because a couple of times I've gotten a coffee that tastes like it has past due milk/oatmilk/dairy, and/or old coffee in it, and a few times I haven't been able to drink it because of this. However, whenever the ingredients are fresh they make my coffee perfectly. So 4/5."
