"Took my son into boot barn to get a new hat & some boots we were looking at a specific style hat and as my son was trying it on a sales rep approached us and practically told us we weren’t allowed to be there and sent us to the kid aisle . We’ve shopped at boot barn countless times in Colorado and I’ve never had an issue with them or their customer service but for what ever reason the staff at this location do a good job at making you feel unwelcome & have an attitude over asking for a shoe size we ended up leaving & just placed an order online for both the hat he tried on in store & the boots we were looking to purchase I will not be shopping at this granger location again"

"Love the variety of boots and western fashion, regardless of my review we will be back just because of that! Had a few bad experiences recently . One my fiancé bought a hat they promised they could reshape it to a shape he wanted , when I returned to get the hat for him (trying to be nice) and got it home I realized and he realized it was nothing like he asked for . We were in a time crunch so he wore it anyway but highly disappointed because they OFFER that service. Also called today to see if I could do a exchange on a pair of boots for our daughter they kinda laughed at me and then put me on hold for over 15 minutes then the call suddenly dropped and when I tried to call back they just continued to let it ring and never answered (I called at 1pm shouldn’t be to busy on a Friday) ! So disappointed with that because we live about 25-30 minutes away so now we have to drive to see if we can even get the exchange!! I never leave a customer on hold that long and then to hang the phone up and not answer when the call is returned back . If it wasn’t for the nice clothes and boots , I wouldn’t be back."
"Few places make me as happy at this place. Walked in the door needing a new pair of boots as my old ones are beat. Person at the counter knew to exact model I had just by me raising my pant leg. Walked me straight to the boots I was after."
