"Fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived Darlena and Mark were exceptional and already ready to provide assistance for me for my daughter's wedding the next day . I'm an older person limited with painful left shoulder movement and immediately Darlena was there to assist and lead me with the proper tuxedo fitting from scratch to get everything done and it was very quick and spot on . I did not get sized there as I live out of town and the measurements I sent to them were not correct for my jacket it was too small 2 sizes. Regardless of the mishap Mark was able to simply correct the issue and get me a jacket in time the next day before the wedding when they open at 10am. Sure enough the next day at 10 am I arrived and Corey was able to assist me with my shoulder issues and get me fitted for the wedding while I was there because doing such things alone is already a task for me to undertake by myself already. Corey took the lead and easily got me together again.. the experience was problem free there at Louie's tux shop. Corey , like Darlena and Mark all were wonderful in getting me fitted and setup for the wedding in ways I didn't expect it would turn out so successfully with their help. I did not see that coming. It was a wonderful surprise with the care the assistance and the direction they took to get a person like me to the successful road we went on with not just me but for my 2 sons as well. The tuxedo in addition was black with blue theme exactly as ordered for the vests etc and the whole attire was spot on. Darlena, Mark and Corey each separately were fantastic and made everything smooth for me. They took care of us all very successfully that you can only appreciate when you're leaving with a smile for the service they provide. Great job everyone. My family and I highly recommend to everyone to go to Louies in Mishawaka for great service and appreciation. The wedding was a success and it all started wirh Louie's Tux Shop abd their great personnel and staff . Thank you"

They got their factory to make my suit first thing and allowed me to pick it up straight from the factory so I'd have it in time. I will forever recommend this place.
