"Satisfaction NOT guaranteed! My wife purchased me a suit, and the sizes were too small. When I went to exchange the suit for a different size, they refuse to except it because the tax were removed, I returned less than 24 hours from when we originally purchased the suit. When I questioned their return policy, their statement was that this store specifically does not follow the corporate return policy."
"Liked the store and the service but unfortunately we were a bit mislead on renting our suits. Found out a week later that we could not rent the color I had chosen resulting in my groomsmen having to buy their suits which is at least double the price. Would like to see if they will do anything about that, hopefully something can be worked out. Other than that I was satisfied"
"I wish I had the name of the man that helped me 8-19-24, but he was so helpful. Showed him a picture of the basic look I was going for, he took a look, a few measurements and within a few minutes he had put together my new wedding outfit. I did buy a different shirt at a different store(budget reasons) but comparably to other local stores I couldn’t buy the slacks and vest off a rack."
