"I got my haircut yesterday. I wanted some bangs and face framing layers, but instead I got really short bangs and weird layers that look terrible no matter how I style it. I didn't have to wait for my haircut, but it was the most rushed haircut I've ever had. It was less than 40 minutes total (and I have long thick hair.) He didn't style it at all and instead just rough dried it (worse than my own home blowout). I assumed that the price would be around $70-$80 based on the website and my NU discount, but it ended up being $120! I was deceived by the website, since the actual cost was double than what is listed even after my NU discount. It ended up being both my worst haircut and most expensive."

"I've been going to Art + Science for years, but since the pandemic the service has become so atrocious that I will never go again. I've gotten terrible overpriced haircuts, waited an hour and a half for an appointment just to have it cancelled (in that entire time the receptionist just sat at the desk and didn't check in with me or my stylist), and now I can't even get them to answer the phone or return my voicemail to make an appointment. I've given them so many chances (because I love Mary who has given me exclusively lovely cuts) but I'm done. Find another salon. This place is not worth your time or money."
