"Worst experience ever, I had a tiny trim done it wasn’t even 1 inch it was like 1/2 o an inch and my total was $25 I am never coming back here again! I’ve been to other places and gotten them or like $10 - $5!!"

"Rude and Poor communication I set up an appointment for a Saturday. I was told that if Barbara was not available someone would call me. No one called, I planned to go in Saturday, came Saturday, I called to make sure my appointment was still at 2:00 pm. When I called they told me I was not on the scheudle that the receptionist booked me for a week ago. I was told that Barbara called me. But I have no missed calls or messages from them. It made me feel like they do not care about their costumers. The receptionist was short with me and made it seem like the situation was not a big deal by saying, "okay, when would you like to reschedule". No apology, to me, they appear arrogant. I did not reschedule, instead I called JC penny and they took me as a walk in and was very nice. My hair dresser at JC penny even bought me a bag of Cheez it from the vending machine without me even asking and without knowing what I just went through earlier with Macys. Highly disappointed with Maycs."
