"Personally would not recommend especially for kids uneven hair cuts he was rushing soon as other costumes came in after us and would tell my kids to stop moving when they were just sitting and would mess it up and asked how it looked when it would look messy and he’d continue cutting took clippers and scissors to it and did a wack job."
