"I’ve been twice so far- and both experiences were amazing. The first time, my dip chipped pretty fast and I had to come back in 2 weeks- honestly I could’ve come back sooner because the dip was chipped so badly by then, but I couldn’t make it in before then. But the second time around the dip lasted indefinitely! I’m over 3 weeks out and not a chip or crack. Although the first dip cracked, I realize it could’ve been me and the amount of manual labor (housework and kids) I had been doing. Plus, I was getting used to “nails” again and kept hitting them on things. But the nail tech was so awesome I wouldn’t have complained anyway. My pedicure and manicure was perfection. She was friendly, but not too talkative. Attentive, but not overly accommodating. And the second nail tech was just as good!! I’ll definitely be back as regularly as I can."

"Wanna start by saying the staff is very friendly and kind! I came here based on the good reviews I saw online. However, I have to give this place a 2 stars for the pedicure though. I got the volcano pedicure and thought it’d be a relaxing bday gift to myself. However, my legs were freezing the entire time. The hot towel and hot stone wasn’t even hot… I honestly struggled to enjoy the pedicure experience. I’m not sure if it’s because this is a winter month and maybe it’s because cold weather but I have gone to salons before and they usually keep one leg wrapped in a hot towel while finishing up the other to avoid getting cold. At this place, she put the towel on for one minute and then took both towels off?? The hot stone massage was like 1 min each leg but it was really hard to enjoy considering my legs were freezing by the time she got to it since she’s already took them out of the water and applied cold lotion? I had to ask if I could pull down by pants because it was sooo cold. At the end, she took me to dry my nails and it was blowing cold air so at this point, I was just so done. I personally would not come here for a relaxing pedicure. I will say, she did a good job with the paint and some of the shape of the nails but in this case, I would only go for the basic pedi as the volcano does not offer any benefit. Maybe a summer month may be a better time to come in? Not sure but I will most likely be trying other salons in the area first. :/"

"Blossom Nails in Troy is TERRIBLE!! The owner David is an awful horrible person! Do not waste your time going there. I get the dip and in one week I broke 5 different nails by zipping up my dress, tucking in the pocket of my jeans, picking up a small box on my desk and typing on my keyboard!! I had to drive in 5 different times and tip each technician 5 times and the gall of David... he charged me another $10.00 and it was the salon's fault!!! I get charged even though Blossom Nails did not do their job!! It isn't about the $10.00, it is the principal of it all and how rude David was! You are going to have your customer go out of her way 5 times to get broken nails fixed and then charge her!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BLOSSOM NAILS!! You are doing yourself a huge favor!!!!"

"I took my granddaughter here a few months ago for her first manicure. They treated her like a little princess & she couldn’t have been happier! Yesterday, I went back to have my own nails done & again had a wonderful experience! They are friendly and respectful. Their prices are listed and are very reasonable! I haven’t had my nails done in a long time and they explained the options & benefits of each technique. I LOVE the way they turned out! I pass many other nail salons on my way to Blossom’s, but it’s worth the drive!"
