"I’m in love with my results. Omg I had thick course hair on my chin. I am a black female with dark, black noticeable hair. I was nervous to shave the hair prior to the first appointment, but after the first appointment I was left with a noticeable decrease in the hair. The hair had barely grown back and it is thin and light. Not noticeable at all. I know some people of color are skeptical about this service because of our melanin, but I have not had any problems with burning or anything. I started in the fall, so it has been easy to avoid the sun. I can’t wait to upgrade and do my entire body to be officially hair free. 10/10 recommended."
"My wife wrote a review yesterday, about being how bad they are at communicating and following up they replied they would call back and like always they never did,it might be an automated reply to reviews as i saw same reply to some other people as well. Looks like they are good at wasting people time. If they cannot accommodate her at this time , they would have simply said they cannot take her at the moment rather they choose to waste her time and kept her waiting for couple of months. She opted this place looking at the reviews not sure how true they are after this experience. They kept her on hold for about half hour on her previous call as well which is not acceptable. PLEASE DONT WASTE CUSTOMERS TIME. Front desk needs basic training on how customers should be treated"
"I called Milan laser 2 to 3 times in past couple of months. Front desk lady repeatedly promised to call me back but never did, causing a significant delay in starting my laser treatment. Waiting for 2 months without any updates is definitely not acceptable. It's really disappointing when customer service doesn't follow through on their promises. I wanted to share my honest experience so that others are aware of the poor customer service."
"Love this laser salon! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The results are amazing, even between treatments I barely touched a razor and saw results after two sessions! Also the unlimited package is awesome and so convenient for when life pops up and you need to take a pause or get some new growth after a baby, whatever it is!"
