"I have never been impressed with Starbucks because I think their prices are too high and I noticed dairy items being left unrefrigerated, and not put directly back into refrigeration, they're baked items are always stale specifically the cake pops, the staff was extremely slow and not very friendly, and I guess the atmosphere was okay because it was in a JC Penney, so I shopped during my long wait,I could almost touch JCP merch from the line"

"If the wait times were shorter, this review would be a solid 5-stars. The food and drinks are always great, and you almost always receive the same quality at every Starbucks. However, I don't go to Starbucks often because of the wait. The drive-thru is always so long, and each order takes a while to fulfill. I am sure the rise of viral and custom drinks makes the turnaround time longer. therefore, the wait time is my only issue."
"Recently went there on an evening right around closing. Two young ladies were working very hard. I even asked the barista to change my drink to hot after I ordered cold and she was sweet enough to change it. Great service"
