"‼️I was in need of a last-minute haircut and visited Great Clips, but unfortunately, I had a negative experience. The stylist seemed to rush through the haircut and didn't seem very attentive. As a result, I'm providing this feedback as a heads-up for future customers. While I acknowledge that there may be positive experiences at this location. I personally experienced some of the negative comments and pictures that have been shared online. Would not recommend to my friends or family‼️"
"Went into great clips today and will never go back. Not only did they not use our reference photos or suggestions, but when trying to give Anita suggestions on my sisters hair I was yelled at repeatedly that she was “not done”, the man that floats from the 12 and mound location cut off 5 inches of unnecessary length from my moms hair and didn’t deliver close to what she wanted as far as a haircut. Attached are photos of what they wanted and what we received. Also note they both had hair down to their chests."
