"This is my favorite Ulta in Washtenaw county by far! I went in with my mother to get her a perfume and she’s really picky, but the staff there are so welcoming and patient. Mckenzie offered us her help and patiently showed us nearly every perfume in store until we found one that suited her. I really wish management was around just so, for once, workers could be positively recognized. Please let me know if management understands what wonderful staff they have and this huge thankful message to Mckenzie was relayed. She really was an awesome help and beyond kind to us :)"
"This location was closest to my house when I lived in Michigan. After moving stares, no matter how many Ultas I go to, none have a staff that makes you as comfortable as this one. They were always very warm and helpful and I miss the experience here so much. If an employee was available, they would greet me for sure and ask if I needed help. Fantastic service every time."

"I went to Ulta to get my hair and makeup done, they did an excellent job! I showed the makeup artist a picture of the makeup look that I wanted to achieve and she did it exactly the way I wanted, same goes for the hair as well. They were really friendly and definitely not short staffed. I had more than one stylist working on my hair because I had a short time frame and they did a great job in a short period of time."
