"I used to love this high quality, friendly little shop. I went in the other day and wasn't acknowledged when I walked in (Which I totally get when she's busy or helping someone), but I saw her look over when I went in. I looked through some of the racks and displays in the front of the store. I usually kind of work my way back. I had a question so I turned that way and said 'excuse me' she turned around and looked right at me..I said 'hi, I just have a quick question' and she turned back around and continued to talk about someone's boat. Not a smile, not a 'be right with you'... nothing. I kind of just waited and kept looking - she didn't turn back or walk over. I had a few things in my arms to try on, but while looking through the racks they had some worn and stained items. I've never seen them have things like that before. The shop was very crowded and messy, too. No one was doing a floor change or anything- it just seemed to have been that way. Every time I shopped there in the past I left with quite a bit and always a smile. I will not be back."
