"I had placed an online order at the Starbucks on 10 Mile and Greenfield Rd. Received confirmation my order would be ready @ 7:09am. When I arrived at the store, they were closed. They had already taken my money. I contacted Starbucks on 8 Mile and Woodward. Explained the situation to the shift manager(can't remember her) and she took my order with no problems. When I arrived my order was ready and correct. Thank you for accommodating me."

"I was not only thoroughly impressed with the service, but I was touched. I called this Starbucks on Sunday, December 17th to see if I could get a box traveler of coffee in an hour. I was coming from Canton to serve the homeless in the city. The manager was honest about the wait but assured me she would try her best to help. I arrived and my Starbucks traveler, cups, sugar and cream was already in the process of being made. They let me make a partial payment on a Starbucks giftcard and the rest in cash. People might assume the Starbucks box of coffee is expensive compared to other places. But I served 20 cups of coffee for 20 bucks. I did not tell them over the phone that I was serving the homeless......they were simply kind and considerate because it was the right thing to do. I will go there every Sunday."

"Such a terrible experience. I stood in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes to place my order of a Carmel Apple Spice for them to tell me they didn't have the apple juice to make it. I ordered my children their two drinks. After waiting an additional 10 more minutes to get to the window, the cashier said "How can I help you?" I thought it was odd, as I've never been asked that when I have placed an order through the drive thru. So I said confusingly, I wanted to get my order. The guy said, what would you like to order. Again, extremely confused, I said I already ordered. The cashier then started saying "You have to order your drinks at the speaker, you can't skip the line" I said excuse me? I didn't skip the line. I ordered. He Again said no, you have to order back there. Then asked me what I ordered. I didn't remember the names because my children just randomly ordered something. My one son mentioned a Carmel drink and the cashier said the whole order and the kids said "that's our order" So not only did I stay in line for a long time to order, to get my order, I was accused of cutting the line. Not even asked, just accused. People inside were looking at me crazy, I was sooo embarrassed. I kept insisting I placed my order and didn't cut the line. Not to mention, not even being able to get what I came there for. I looked at the reviews here and saw the manager posted a contact us link, I filed a complaint, they were in contact with me asking a trillion questions on top of asking for a receipt. Which,who on earth would think I had received a receipt after that beats me. They said they would be in touch again and just stopped responding. Absolutely positively terrible. My case # is Case CS5695006 opened - Re: CS5456261 - Customer stated that they were annoyed, irritated, or angry at a coffee shop. Today, December 4th, after waiting in line I would think the office would continue to help, but they didn't and just stopped responding. They asked me for my account, I told them I didn't have one unless it was under an old email address and communication stopped after. I was trying to avoid writing a bad review but they left me no choice."

"The inside of the café is awful. No longer able to sit down in there. But that’s not even the problem, the problem is that the employees do not know how to follow instructions. I’m pretty sure when you asked for no foam your drink is not supposed to look like the one that they serve me. Pictures are included. I’m gonna start going to the one closer to my work because they screw up my drink every time."

"I ordered the drink on the right expecting to receive the one on the left. Thanks to FATIMA for being patient, a great teacher, and exceeding my expectations! I usually don’t come here because of the long line + wait times, but she made the experience worthwhile."
