"Bagel with cream cheese was not bad but cold. Coffee smelt burnt twice in three days. Not the usual Tim Hortons stuff! The staff need to step up if they want customers coming back. Also, I hope the management can put a direction board on the entry/exit to the Tim Hortons off Rochester Rd. I always find people leaving from the Drive thru straight onto the incoming traffic and it's an accident waiting to happen.."

"I can understand that it is newly opened. But the teens are getting on job training and the subjects are customers. Damn! We corrected coffee 2 times, but it tasted the same. I think someone experienced show guide them to make good coffee. They cannot learn out of manuals!"
"Kid at the ordering station was not pleasant, talked way too quiet, asked to speak louder multiple times (I’m mid 30s, not hard of hearing). Got home and looks like one of the Boston creme fell on floor. Was excited to see they opened one near me, but will happily take my business to Dunkin…."
