"The drink was delicious. When I took a sip towards the end of my drink I got what felt like plastic in my mouth and it turned out to be a shred of a foil bag. I understand it was most likely an accident but tearing open a bag over/near someone's uncovered drink can definitely be avoided."
"Update: I like cream in my coffee. Imagine my surprise when getting a brewed coffee with cream on the side being told that it is an extra charge. I miss the days when I could make my own coffee in the lobby with cream and spices available. $3.50 base price for a brewed coffee plus pay extra for cream and don't forget the tip! I'd rather drink McDonald's Café."
