"Fist time coming here and definitely my last. I went inside to grab my order and watched in shock as an employee made a customer cry from being so mean to her. I have never in my life been so disgusted. I walked out without even getting my stuff because I will NEVER support a place that treats people that way. Literal trash works here."
"I came in to get a coffee and a couple of donuts, the young lady that was working the counter was doing a great job. I think her name started with a V. There was two or three workers that were just walking around doing nothing while the line grew larger. A manger which was a older lady came out and told the younger lady at the counter if she can't get the line down she will remove her from the front counter. My thing is if the manger lets other employees walk around and do nothing she should give the young lady at the counter help!"
