"All I can say is thank you!!! My family had over 20 people for my 21st birthday today and Logan’s were able to sit us with no problem. Gave us the whole back area!!! Special shout out to Maria the manager and our waiter I didn’t get the young man name but he had dreads. They were both incredibly kind and funny. We truly appreciate how awesome the service was. We will be back here again for big family dinners!!!!!!"

"The service is what made this 3 stars instead of 2 overall. All I wanted was a medium-rare steak. Yes, I ordered late in the night, but my steak was medium-well when they dropped it on the plate, and it continued to cook from there. I ate it at between medium-well and full well, because I was hungry. And it was late at the bar counter. But I really just wanted a nice medium-rare, well seasoned steak. I could have gone home, dunked a steak from the freezer into warm sink water, thawed it, seasoned it, lit up some charcoal, cooked it, and eaten it in less time with better results that what I experienced on this particular visit. But that was just this visit. Last time was better, and so will hopefully be the next time. I'm offering constructive criticism to a place that normally does well for me. But this time, was not one of those times. The service is the reason I didn't send it back. Great wait staff!"

Our server seemed overwhelmed, resulting in delayed orders and forgotten drink refills. Even basic requests took longer than expected, highlighting a clear disconnect in the restaurant's operations. As a patron, it was disappointing to witness such disorganization, especially considering Logan's Roadhouse's reputation for hearty meals and a welcoming atmosphere. The manager's attention to these issues is paramount for the restaurant's success. Assessing wait times for both food and drinks and implementing strategies to streamline service should be prioritized if they wish to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Despite my current reservations, I remain optimistic about Logan's Roadhouse's potential. I have fond memories of enjoyable meals at this establishment in the past, and I believe it has the capability to regain its former status as a top dining destination. Therefore, I am open to revising my review and acknowledging improvements if the restaurant takes decisive action to address these concerns. A renewed focus on quality service and customer experience could undoubtedly elevate Logan's Roadhouse back to its previous standards of excellence."

"Recently visited her on a Sunday evening. Pretty busy, wait was less then 30 minutes. Hot fresh biscuits. Although our 2nd basket/butter had a long hair in it. Had to excuse myself of that one. But accidents happened, I found it before biting into it luckily. Food was great but took awhile, packed house. And happy 25th birthday Ryan/Kevin. Nice hot food otherwise."
