"Ordered off the app for dine in. Missing one sandwich right from the start. Had to wait at the counter to request the missing sandwich and staff seemed to have no sense of urgency. Fries were cold. My girlfriends sandwich was slopped together, making a huge mess as she tried to eat it. She told me the ladies room was trashed. We disposed of our trash and made as little mess as possible. Before leaving, I asked for a refill of my drink, and the manager told the team member that "we don't do refills". Nope. Never again. I've NEVER heard of a restaurant refusing a refill on soda, coffee, or tea. This experience has killed my desire to return to this location. I don't blame the crew but the mgmt. The manager who refused the refill was a younger lady, early 20's. Too young, imo, to even know what customer service is much less how to give it."

"I came in on my birthday 12/30/23 When I came in the store was clean and busting with good morning energy and a group of some regulars chatting away peacefully. Whoever was working the front counter today is the kind of employee you need to keep. She's the kind of employee I wish I had back when I was a restaurant manager for a different chain. While waiting for my order she managed the mobile orders, the front counter, customers in the lobby, and even came to another employee in need who had a dissatisfied customer whom, from over hearing, had waited too long for a bagel breakfast sandwich that was incorrectly made. She did it all. She was mindful to those in the lobby waiting, she was considerate and she was very cordial & polite. I'm sorry I forgot your name, hun But you either need a raise or to be a manager or something more. You have a lot of potential. Hard work can take you anywhere."

"This use to be the best McDonald's around my area. With that double drive thru, there are more mistakes being made it seems. I got all the way home this morning and saw that my sandwich was not in the bag, just coffee creamer and a bunch of napkins. I drove back to get it and at least I did get an apology. The last time I went through the drive thru, my order was mistaken. I'm thinking I need to try a different location"
