"This Starbucks is the best one to frequent! All the baristas are kind, friendly, and take their time to get to know you. :) While they do get busy from all the mobile, drive thru, and cafe orders, they consistently make an effort to be amenable to their customers. The store manager makes a genuine effort to bolster the atmosphere of the cafe, and I can say that I prefer going to this one out of all others! If you’re looking for a more personable experience, I recommend going at night since mornings are pretty hectic. Love you Tienken Starbucks!"

"It’s pretty annoying how the workers assume we (my husband and I) are always DoorDash or Ubers because I’m from a Latin and my husband from a black background. It’s not just annoying. It’s racism, once they never ask it to white costumers. But the coffee still good if this is just what matters to you haha."
"It's an extremely busy location, though the baristas are even faster. They can manage all the crowds efficiently. Sometimes, its drive thru is chaotic, but with some patients, it works. There is a free parking lot and clean restrooms. There are plenty of seats available."
"The store is small and set up awkwardly to wait in line. The drive-thru is really tight, and gets backed up onto Rochester Road. Hoping the new location eases some of the traffic at this one. Easiest option here is to park in an adjoining parking lot and pick up your order in store, but you still have to squeeze between people waiting for their drinks and the small bench along the window. There's very little seating here so plan on taking your drink to go. Depending on the time of day, absolutely no one will acknowledge you when you walk in to pick up your order. This morning no one said hello or responded to my "have a nice day" on the way out. The afternoon staff seems to be friendlier/less burnt out. The drinks are consistently good, and they have pebble ice."
