Our founder, Jeff, has always had a passion for exploring faraway places and learning about different cultures. After traveling to Kenya in 1991 and discovering the beauty of Bali, Indonesia, he began directly importing goods to share with customers. Terrapin operates on a small scale, working with villages and cottage industries to ensure quality products and support for local communities.
