"The service and drinks were fine, typical Starbucks quality and I'd recommend. I do not like having to go into a Kroger and to make it a bit more cumbersome Kroger has a 1 way gate thats annoying to fuss with when your hands are full. I prefer a standalone store. As I said the Starbucks quality was fine will use in the future when in a pinch."

"Whoever runs this place needs to teach their employees some respect. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Starbucks in Woodhaven then continue to come here, just because of how disrespectful Hayley and Lauren are to customers. Horrible people. When Hayley went to go take my order, mind you I’m the only one in line, she starts with “what do you want”. Then she proceeds to not read my order back to me, and when I get my drink and tell her it was wrong and that I wanted a Pumpkin Chai Tea Latte and not a Pumpkin Latte, she acted like it was such an inconvenience to her. Maybe if you listened, dropped the attitude, and made it right the first time, you wouldn’t have to remake it."

"The service here is honestly awful, I come here out of convenience for months (it’s around the corner) but these girls are always so rude. Lauren, Haley, Samantha. I’m a bartender and work in the food industry for 10+ years and honestly don’t understand how you can have such poor behavior working in the position that they do. Everything seems to inconvenience them, they make the environment uncomfortable. I don’t understand why these ladies still have a job working with the public."
